Deep Fried Ice Cream

Deep fry ice cream, a fattening but tasty desset. Hope to share and everyone will enjoy it.

Ingredients :

1)1 Scoop of ice cream ( based on your favourite flavour)
2) 4oz of cinnamon
3)4oz of sugar
4)6oz of cornflakes (crushed)
5)1/2 oz. of honey
6)Whipped cream

Method :

  1. Mix sugar and cinnamon and roll one scoop of hard frozen ice cream in the mixture.
  2. Roll the ice cream in crushed cornflakes.
  3. Make sure flakes stick to the ice cream.
  4. Immediately place ice cream back into the freezer to harden.
  5. To deep fry, heat oil to 375 degrees and immerse the coated ice cream approximately 5 seconds.
  6. Allow oil to drain from ice cream, then place in dish. Pour honey over the ice cream and whipped cream around sides.
  7. Can have some topping added.

Black Simmer Pork

Hi everyone there, today i would like to share one of my favourite dish.After trying for few times this is the best recipe i try out and want to share with everybody.

Ingredients :
  • Pork Meat (lean meat is healthier)
  • Garlic
  • Pepper
  • Soy Sauce
  • Dark Soy Sauce

Method :

  1. Marinade pork meat with 2 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, white pepper and black pepper,salt and some sugar.
  2. Leave the meat for about an hour.
  3. Boil water with garlic.
  4. When the water is boiling, put in marinade pork into the water.
  5. Control the fire to low heat and simmer the pork.
  6. Until the sauce thicken and ready to serve.

This is the easier pork dish that i had try before. No need a lot of work just need to marinade everything and simmer it.You can add in black mushroom and chestnut ( soak in boil hot water for few hours)

Butter Oat Prawn

Today, cooking a new dish, butter oat prawn. It is a chinese dish and it is delicious and healthy as oat can reduce your cholesterol. Let try it..

Ingredients :

Small Chilies
Curry Leaves
Egg yolk (beaten)

Method :

  1. Trim prawns using scissors and split into half.
  2. Marinade the prawn with soy sauce pepper and sprinkler some corn flour on top of the prawn to avoid dryness.
  3. Pat dry the prawn and deep fry in medium heat until the prawn turn in golden colour.
  4. Put the prawn aside.
  5. Stir dry garlic, add in butter, chilies, curry leaves and sugar.
  6. Fry for few minutes.
  7. Add in oat and fry until golden brown.
  8. Add in the prawn and cook for 2 mintues.
  9. Ready to serve.

Quick Easy Dessert

Strawberry Banana Smoothy :

Ingredients :
  • Strawberries (Fresh)
  • Banana (Fresh)
  • Ice Cube
  • Low Fat/Non fat milk
  • Whey powder
  1. Cut tops of strawberries and rinse. Peel off the banana skin.
  2. Put all ingredients into a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Ice cream lover, add in some ice cream.
  5. Enjoy it.

Butter Prawn

Today i try a new recipe, Butter Prawn which is recommend by Chef Peter Pang at and its great.

Ingredients :
  • Prawn
  • Butter
  • Small Red/Green chilis
  • Curry Leaves
  • Evaporated Milk
  • Beaten egg yolk
  1. 2 tablespoon of butter in a hot wok, add in some oil in order for the butter to melt easily.
  2. Add in the beaten egg yolk and stir in clockwise direction until it become golden brown.
  3. Keep the grated egg warm in a bowl.
  4. Deep dry the prawn for about 8 seconds.
  5. 1tablespoon of butter in a hot wok, add in some oil.
  6. Put in the curry leaves and small red/green chilis and fry for few seconds.
  7. Add in 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and salt to enhance the taste of the prawn.
  8. Add in 2 tablespoon of evaporated milk and stir for few seconds
  9. Finally, add in the prawn and fry for a while.
  10. Add the egg flakes on top on the prawn.
  11. Ready to serve.

Bread Chocolate Pudding

Yummy yummy bread chocolate pudding....

Ingredients :

2 squares of chocolate(grated)
1/4 cup of sugar
4 cups of milk
2 cups of bread crumbs
3 eggs

Method of preparation:
  1. Melt chocolate by strirring in a low heat pan and mix smoothly.Careful to avoid burning.
  2. Soak bread crumbs in milk for 5 minutes.
  3. Whisk egg in a bowl, mix with melted chocolate, sugar,milk and bread crumbs.
  4. Pour the mixture into a buttered baking pan and bake in moderate heat oven for about 30 mintues.
  5. Ready to serve.

Easy Lemon Chicken Recipe

Recently i found 1 recipe which is simple and easy. You can alwasy prepare this Lemon Chicken Recipe for your family dinner. Lemon Chicken is chinese cooking recipe.

Ingredients :
Chicken :
  • 1 Egg white (beaten)
  • 2 tsp Cornflour
  • 1/4 tsp grated Ginger
  • 500g Chicken Breast Fillet
  • 3 tbs Oil

Lemon Sauce :

  • 2 tsp cornflour
  • 1 2/3 tsp sugar
  • 2tbs lemon juice
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tsp dry sherry/Vinegar

Method to prepare Chicken :

  1. Whilsk egg white until smooth.
  2. Mix egg white, cornflour and dash of salt in a bowl evenly.
  3. Add chicken and make sure the mixture mix well with chicken.
  4. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  5. Heat oil in wok, stir fry the chicken until brown and tender on both side.
  6. Keep the chicken warm.

Method to prepare Lemon Sauce.

  1. Mix cornflour with sugar, soy sauce, vinegar and lemon juice.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of water.
  3. Stir in medium heat. Frequently stir until the paste thickens and let it boil for 1 minutes.
  4. Pour the lemon sauce on top of the chicken.
  5. Ready to serve.
