Quick and Easy Egg Sandwich

Ingredients :
  • 2 Slice of bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cheese slice
  • Milk

Breakfast Start with :

  1. In a bowl, beat the egg until well scrambled. Add some pepper, salt and milk.
  2. In skillet over medium heat, melt butter, Pour in the egg mixture. Watch the mixture, when it begin to set, gently draw an inverted pancake turner across bottom and sides forming large and soft curds. Cook until the egg thickened and no liquid in the egg remains.
  3. Evenly divide the egg mixture on the bread and cheese slice. Add in some vegie if desire.
  4. Serve Immediately.
