Butter Oat Prawn

Today, cooking a new dish, butter oat prawn. It is a chinese dish and it is delicious and healthy as oat can reduce your cholesterol. Let try it..

Ingredients :


Prawns
Garlic
Small Chilies
Curry Leaves
Butter
Egg yolk (beaten)
Oats

Method :

  1. Trim prawns using scissors and split into half.
  2. Marinade the prawn with soy sauce pepper and sprinkler some corn flour on top of the prawn to avoid dryness.
  3. Pat dry the prawn and deep fry in medium heat until the prawn turn in golden colour.
  4. Put the prawn aside.
  5. Stir dry garlic, add in butter, chilies, curry leaves and sugar.
  6. Fry for few minutes.
  7. Add in oat and fry until golden brown.
  8. Add in the prawn and cook for 2 mintues.
  9. Ready to serve.
