Peanut Butter French Toast

Simple and easy peanut butter french toast for 2 serving.

Ingredients :
  • 4 Slices of bread
  • 4 Eggs
  • Peanut Butter
  • Honey
  • Butter
  • Milk

Method :

  1. Spread peanut butter on 4 slice of the bread. Put 1 slice of bread on each other to form sandwich.
  2. Beat 4 egg in a wide and shallow bowl with a fork until the egg yolk and egg white is evenly spread.
  3. Add in 1 spoonful of salt, sugar and 2 tablespoon of milk into the egg mixture.
  4. Dip the sandwich into the egg mixture and left over for 2 minutes. This let the bread adsorb the egg mixture.( Precaution : Dont leave the bread in the mixture for too long, the bread will fall apart)
  5. Confirm both sides of the bread is coat evenly with the egg mixture.
  6. Preheat skillet, melt butter in the skillet.
  7. Place the sandwich with egg mixture in the skillet until both side of the bread become brown.
  8. Pour some honey on top of the french toast. Ready to serve.

For peanut butter lover, you can add peanut butter while eating.
