Deep Fried Ice Cream

Deep fry ice cream, a fattening but tasty desset. Hope to share and everyone will enjoy it.

Ingredients :

1)1 Scoop of ice cream ( based on your favourite flavour)
2) 4oz of cinnamon
3)4oz of sugar
4)6oz of cornflakes (crushed)
5)1/2 oz. of honey
6)Whipped cream

Method :

  1. Mix sugar and cinnamon and roll one scoop of hard frozen ice cream in the mixture.
  2. Roll the ice cream in crushed cornflakes.
  3. Make sure flakes stick to the ice cream.
  4. Immediately place ice cream back into the freezer to harden.
  5. To deep fry, heat oil to 375 degrees and immerse the coated ice cream approximately 5 seconds.
  6. Allow oil to drain from ice cream, then place in dish. Pour honey over the ice cream and whipped cream around sides.
  7. Can have some topping added.

Black Simmer Pork

Hi everyone there, today i would like to share one of my favourite dish.After trying for few times this is the best recipe i try out and want to share with everybody.

Ingredients :
  • Pork Meat (lean meat is healthier)
  • Garlic
  • Pepper
  • Soy Sauce
  • Dark Soy Sauce

Method :

  1. Marinade pork meat with 2 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, white pepper and black pepper,salt and some sugar.
  2. Leave the meat for about an hour.
  3. Boil water with garlic.
  4. When the water is boiling, put in marinade pork into the water.
  5. Control the fire to low heat and simmer the pork.
  6. Until the sauce thicken and ready to serve.

This is the easier pork dish that i had try before. No need a lot of work just need to marinade everything and simmer it.You can add in black mushroom and chestnut ( soak in boil hot water for few hours)

Butter Oat Prawn

Today, cooking a new dish, butter oat prawn. It is a chinese dish and it is delicious and healthy as oat can reduce your cholesterol. Let try it..

Ingredients :


Prawns
Garlic
Small Chilies
Curry Leaves
Butter
Egg yolk (beaten)
Oats

Method :

  1. Trim prawns using scissors and split into half.
  2. Marinade the prawn with soy sauce pepper and sprinkler some corn flour on top of the prawn to avoid dryness.
  3. Pat dry the prawn and deep fry in medium heat until the prawn turn in golden colour.
  4. Put the prawn aside.
  5. Stir dry garlic, add in butter, chilies, curry leaves and sugar.
  6. Fry for few minutes.
  7. Add in oat and fry until golden brown.
  8. Add in the prawn and cook for 2 mintues.
  9. Ready to serve.

Quick Easy Dessert

Strawberry Banana Smoothy :

Ingredients :
  • Strawberries (Fresh)
  • Banana (Fresh)
  • Ice Cube
  • Low Fat/Non fat milk
  • Whey powder
  1. Cut tops of strawberries and rinse. Peel off the banana skin.
  2. Put all ingredients into a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Ice cream lover, add in some ice cream.
  5. Enjoy it.

Butter Prawn

Today i try a new recipe, Butter Prawn which is recommend by Chef Peter Pang at http://www.dining-tube.com/ and its great.

Ingredients :
  • Prawn
  • Butter
  • Small Red/Green chilis
  • Curry Leaves
  • Evaporated Milk
  • Beaten egg yolk
  1. 2 tablespoon of butter in a hot wok, add in some oil in order for the butter to melt easily.
  2. Add in the beaten egg yolk and stir in clockwise direction until it become golden brown.
  3. Keep the grated egg warm in a bowl.
  4. Deep dry the prawn for about 8 seconds.
  5. 1tablespoon of butter in a hot wok, add in some oil.
  6. Put in the curry leaves and small red/green chilis and fry for few seconds.
  7. Add in 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and salt to enhance the taste of the prawn.
  8. Add in 2 tablespoon of evaporated milk and stir for few seconds
  9. Finally, add in the prawn and fry for a while.
  10. Add the egg flakes on top on the prawn.
  11. Ready to serve.

Bread Chocolate Pudding

Yummy yummy bread chocolate pudding....

Ingredients :

2 squares of chocolate(grated)
1/4 cup of sugar
4 cups of milk
2 cups of bread crumbs
3 eggs

Method of preparation:
  1. Melt chocolate by strirring in a low heat pan and mix smoothly.Careful to avoid burning.
  2. Soak bread crumbs in milk for 5 minutes.
  3. Whisk egg in a bowl, mix with melted chocolate, sugar,milk and bread crumbs.
  4. Pour the mixture into a buttered baking pan and bake in moderate heat oven for about 30 mintues.
  5. Ready to serve.

Easy Lemon Chicken Recipe

Recently i found 1 recipe which is simple and easy. You can alwasy prepare this Lemon Chicken Recipe for your family dinner. Lemon Chicken is chinese cooking recipe.

Ingredients :
Chicken :
  • 1 Egg white (beaten)
  • 2 tsp Cornflour
  • 1/4 tsp grated Ginger
  • 500g Chicken Breast Fillet
  • 3 tbs Oil

Lemon Sauce :

  • 2 tsp cornflour
  • 1 2/3 tsp sugar
  • 2tbs lemon juice
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tsp dry sherry/Vinegar

Method to prepare Chicken :

  1. Whilsk egg white until smooth.
  2. Mix egg white, cornflour and dash of salt in a bowl evenly.
  3. Add chicken and make sure the mixture mix well with chicken.
  4. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  5. Heat oil in wok, stir fry the chicken until brown and tender on both side.
  6. Keep the chicken warm.

Method to prepare Lemon Sauce.

  1. Mix cornflour with sugar, soy sauce, vinegar and lemon juice.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of water.
  3. Stir in medium heat. Frequently stir until the paste thickens and let it boil for 1 minutes.
  4. Pour the lemon sauce on top of the chicken.
  5. Ready to serve.

Chinese Recipe -Gung Bo Chicken

One of the famous chicken chinese food recipe is Gung Bo Chicken. Let me share with you this chinese easy quick recipe.THis chinese chicken recipe is consists of a contrast of spicy and sweetness taste.

Ingredients :
  • Chicken
  • Dry Chilies
  • Onions
  • Cucumbers
  • Young Corn
  • Red Capsicum
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Oyster Sauce & Soy sauce
  • Corn Floor

Method for this chinese easy recipe cooking -

Chicken Preparation :

  1. Marinate the chicken with oyster sauce and soy sauce for 10 minutes.
  2. Add in some corn flour to coat the chicken.
  3. Deep fry the chicken.

Gung Bo Chicken Sauce Preparation :

  1. Pouring some oil into frying pan, add in garlic, dry chilies soaking with some water, onion. Fry for few minutes until the garlic turn into golden brown.
  2. Add in onion,cucumber, young corn and red capsicum and fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add tomato sauce, oyster sauce into the mixture of vegetables.
  4. Add some sugar, salt and chicken stock according to own preference.
  5. To enhance the taste, add some vinegar or wine for wine lover.
  6. Add the deep fry chicken and fry for few mintues with the sauce and vegetables.
  7. Ready to serve.

Easy Homemade TIRAMISU recipe

Tiramisu, Dessert from Italy, tiramisu means 'PICK ME UP' in Italian. Tiramisu, a simple layered cake of sponge cake or lady fingers where coffe , cream and chocolate is the combination.So tiramisu, for chocolate and coffee lover.

Tiramisu making can be seperated into 3 main parts :
  1. Coffee
  2. Filling
  3. Base

Coffee Prepartion :

  • 1 1/2 cup of espresson
  • 2 teaspoon of sugar

Method for coffee preparation :

  1. Boil espressso coffee.
  2. Add in 2 teaspoon of sugar while the coffee is hot
  3. Cool at room temperature.

Tiramisu Filling Preparation :

  • 4 egg yolk
  • 100g of sugar
  • 120 cc of liquer (brandy, kailu.. sweeted wine)
  • 450 gr of mascarpone cheese/ cream cheese
  • 230 cc of whipped cream

Filling Preparation Method

  1. Beat 4 egg yolk in double boiler until it fully blended (about 5minutes)
  2. Add in 100g of sugar and 120 cc of liquer.
  3. Mix the egg yolk, sugar and liquer until cream thickens. ( Indicator of the cream thickens- small bubble appears)
  4. Mash mascarpone cheese in a seperate bowl until creamy.
  5. Add in the mixture of egg yolk into the mascarpone cheese.Mix well.
  6. Add 230 cc of whipped cream.
  7. Whisk until smooth.
Base Preparation :
  • 285 g sponge cake/ 2 pack of lady fingers
  • 2tablespoon of cocoa powder
Tiramisu Base Preparation
  1. Lightly soak the lady finger one by one in the coffee dip and place in the container/tiramisu pan.
  2. Evenly distribute half of the filling on top of the lady fingers.
  3. Repeat step 1 and 2 for the second layer.
  4. Sprinkler the cocoa powder on top of the layer.
  5. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
  6. Ready to serve.

Peanut Butter French Toast

Simple and easy peanut butter french toast for 2 serving.

Ingredients :
  • 4 Slices of bread
  • 4 Eggs
  • Peanut Butter
  • Honey
  • Butter
  • Milk

Method :

  1. Spread peanut butter on 4 slice of the bread. Put 1 slice of bread on each other to form sandwich.
  2. Beat 4 egg in a wide and shallow bowl with a fork until the egg yolk and egg white is evenly spread.
  3. Add in 1 spoonful of salt, sugar and 2 tablespoon of milk into the egg mixture.
  4. Dip the sandwich into the egg mixture and left over for 2 minutes. This let the bread adsorb the egg mixture.( Precaution : Dont leave the bread in the mixture for too long, the bread will fall apart)
  5. Confirm both sides of the bread is coat evenly with the egg mixture.
  6. Preheat skillet, melt butter in the skillet.
  7. Place the sandwich with egg mixture in the skillet until both side of the bread become brown.
  8. Pour some honey on top of the french toast. Ready to serve.

For peanut butter lover, you can add peanut butter while eating.

Quick and Easy Egg Sandwich

Quick and Easy Egg Sandwich

Ingredients :
  • 2 Slice of bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cheese slice
  • Milk

Breakfast Start with :

  1. In a bowl, beat the egg until well scrambled. Add some pepper, salt and milk.
  2. In skillet over medium heat, melt butter, Pour in the egg mixture. Watch the mixture, when it begin to set, gently draw an inverted pancake turner across bottom and sides forming large and soft curds. Cook until the egg thickened and no liquid in the egg remains.
  3. Evenly divide the egg mixture on the bread and cheese slice. Add in some vegie if desire.
  4. Serve Immediately.
