Ingredients :
Prawns
Garlic
Small Chilies
Curry Leaves
Butter
Egg yolk (beaten)
Oats
Method :
- Trim prawns using scissors and split into half.
- Marinade the prawn with soy sauce pepper and sprinkler some corn flour on top of the prawn to avoid dryness.
- Pat dry the prawn and deep fry in medium heat until the prawn turn in golden colour.
- Put the prawn aside.
- Stir dry garlic, add in butter, chilies, curry leaves and sugar.
- Fry for few minutes.
- Add in oat and fry until golden brown.
- Add in the prawn and cook for 2 mintues.
- Ready to serve.
