Ingredients :
- Pork Meat (lean meat is healthier)
- Garlic
- Pepper
- Soy Sauce
- Dark Soy Sauce
Method :
- Marinade pork meat with 2 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, white pepper and black pepper,salt and some sugar.
- Leave the meat for about an hour.
- Boil water with garlic.
- When the water is boiling, put in marinade pork into the water.
- Control the fire to low heat and simmer the pork.
- Until the sauce thicken and ready to serve.
This is the easier pork dish that i had try before. No need a lot of work just need to marinade everything and simmer it.You can add in black mushroom and chestnut ( soak in boil hot water for few hours)
