Ingredients :
- Prawn
- Butter
- Small Red/Green chilis
- Curry Leaves
- Evaporated Milk
- Beaten egg yolk
- 2 tablespoon of butter in a hot wok, add in some oil in order for the butter to melt easily.
- Add in the beaten egg yolk and stir in clockwise direction until it become golden brown.
- Keep the grated egg warm in a bowl.
- Deep dry the prawn for about 8 seconds.
- 1tablespoon of butter in a hot wok, add in some oil.
- Put in the curry leaves and small red/green chilis and fry for few seconds.
- Add in 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and salt to enhance the taste of the prawn.
- Add in 2 tablespoon of evaporated milk and stir for few seconds
- Finally, add in the prawn and fry for a while.
- Add the egg flakes on top on the prawn.
- Ready to serve.
