Ingredients :
Chicken :
- 1 Egg white (beaten)
- 2 tsp Cornflour
- 1/4 tsp grated Ginger
- 500g Chicken Breast Fillet
- 3 tbs Oil
Lemon Sauce :
- 2 tsp cornflour
- 1 2/3 tsp sugar
- 2tbs lemon juice
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tsp dry sherry/Vinegar
Method to prepare Chicken :
- Whilsk egg white until smooth.
- Mix egg white, cornflour and dash of salt in a bowl evenly.
- Add chicken and make sure the mixture mix well with chicken.
- Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in wok, stir fry the chicken until brown and tender on both side.
- Keep the chicken warm.
Method to prepare Lemon Sauce.
- Mix cornflour with sugar, soy sauce, vinegar and lemon juice.
- Add 1/2 cup of water.
- Stir in medium heat. Frequently stir until the paste thickens and let it boil for 1 minutes.
- Pour the lemon sauce on top of the chicken.
- Ready to serve.
